By placing an order with Metro Party Hire, you agree to the following terms:

All hired items remain the property of Metro Party Hire and must be returned in the same condition as supplied.

You are responsible for the safe use and care of all hired items during the hire period.

Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the security bond.

Late returns may incur additional hire charges.

Metro Party Hire is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather once equipment has been delivered or collected.

The security bond may be partially or fully retained if items are returned damaged, dirty, or late.
