Order Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the hire date may be eligible for a refund (excluding delivery fees).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire date may not be refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Bond Refunds

Security bonds are refunded after equipment is returned and inspected.
