How do I place an order?

  • Simply choose your hire items, select delivery or pickup at checkout, and complete payment online. A refundable security bond is added automatically.

Do you offer delivery?

  • Yes. We offer local delivery across Auckland. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I pick up the hire items myself?

  • Yes. You can choose Warehouse pickup at checkout and collect your items at the scheduled time.

Is there a security bond?

  • Yes. A $100 refundable security bond applies to all orders.
    The bond is refunded once items are returned in good condition.

How long is the hire period?

  • Hire periods are typically 24 hours unless otherwise agreed. Extended hire may be available on request.

Are the gazebos easy to assemble?

  • Yes. Our pop-up gazebos are quick and easy to assemble, usually taking just a few minutes with no tools required.

What happens if an item is damaged?

  • Minor wear is expected. Any damage beyond normal use may result in a partial or full bond deduction.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Changes and cancellations are possible within our cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible.

What if it rains?

  • Our gazebos provide shelter from light rain, but extreme weather conditions may require additional precautions.
